The new JVC CS-HX6947 6x9 features a high power handling, smooth frequency response and a new design.

Power handling on JVC CS-HX6947 is now a massive 490W peak, thanks to the use of strontium magnets. In addition, the speakers feature free edge cones for the mid range drivers, which lowers middle frequency peaks to deliver flatter overall response. Meanwhile, aramid fiber+ carbon fiber composite olefin woofer cones provide strength with improved sound quality.
