Our Delivery Service
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Whilst we do our best to deliver on the date you chose and within the time frame expected above, we cannot guarantee that we always will, especially at busy times or because of postal strikes.
If the recipient or a person able to accept the delivery of the products is absent, the carrier may leave a notification of the delivery at the delivery address indicated by the customer asking him to claim the products. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to the products resulting from their late recovery from the carrier.
Any damage or loss in transit must be pointed out in writing when signing the delivery notice in the presence of the delivery person. We cannot claim against a carrier unless these precautions are taken. We always recommend writing "unexamined" on the delivery note if you do not have time to fully check the state of the parcel there and then.
Selected caravan parks, camp sites and holiday homes we cannot deliver to. Please contact us in regards to this.
We do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. Please note these dates are approximate and subject to change. In rare cases deliveries can be delayed as much as 3 months or more.
Some goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the courier.
In these circumstances, if we have to deliver the goods again, a further charge may become payable.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
