Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that from time to time we may upgrade products to a later model without prior notice.

Currently we only supply product for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery must ship to the registered card billing address. We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Maestro. We also accept payment by cheque.

Shipping And Handling
All of our products which are in stock are delivered next working day to addresses in England and Wales, goods bound for Scotland and Northern Ireland are despatched on a 2 working day consignment.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your purchase to you within next business day provide orders are placed before 3pm (subject to security check). If we are unable to deliver your order in time we will inform you.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, excluding offer of the week*

Guarantee
Only UK sourced goods with full UK warranties are supplied. All products come with a minimum manufacturers warranty of one year. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase.

Returning Goods
In these cases you must return goods by your own method, e.g. Royal Mail or your own choice of carrier, please follow the steps below:
Before returning any item(s) to caraudiodiscount please ensure you have:

1. A valid RA (Returns Authorisation) number from Car Audio Returns.
2. Enclosed all accessories unless informed otherwise.
3. Use all packaging that was originally supplied.
4. Use a label for clear display of our RA number
5. Ensure our full address is clearly displayed
6. Do NOT write directly on the box/packaging with pen/ink.
7. All returns should be enclosed in a suitable carton (not just the factory box).
8. Securely seal the packaging using similar method to the original delivery.

We very strongly advise you to use a method that has a record of you sending it and requires that we have to sign for it. Failure to follow this may result in your goods being 'lost' before they reach us. Following these steps will help ensure the products arrive back correctly and in good condition. Failure to follow this procedure may result in your return being rejected upon receipt.

Un-Wanted Goods
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. If within 7 days of purchase, but BEFORE opening the product, you decide that the product is unsuitable please contact Car Audio Returns to arrange a returns number and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods minus 30%. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary (see above for recommendations). The original delivery charge will not be refunded against non-faulty goods returned under the 30-day money back guarantee. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products - Faulty within 7 days
When you receive an item that won't function, it may be that you are not sure whether the product is faulty, incompatible, or simply that you just haven't mastered how to use it yet. In these cases, the manufacturer of the product will be able to advise accordingly and may either get it configured, replace it directly, or refer you back to caraudiodiscount with a reference.

If we sell you an item and the particular unit we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a refund / replacement / repair but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact using the returns procedure with all packaging, manuals, accessories etc. Items reported faulty outside of 28 days will be subject to manufacturer's warranty arrangements which may entail a repair being performed.

In some instances, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly in order to confirm there is a physical fault as we have found that some faults are actually configuration or compatibility issues. This in no way affects your statutory rights and is simply something we may ask our customers to perform in order to speed up the DOA process.

Warranty Repairs - Faulty after 30 days
After one month of ownership the legal right to a free replacement or refund ends, and instead the fault is repaired under warranty. Caraudiodiscount does not carry out repairs. In fact we send them to the manufacturer for repair.

When we accept return of an item for repair, we will confirm the fault and send the goods back to the relevant manufacturer or distributor. Due to the process and logistics involved, it may take 4-6 weeks for an item to be received by Caraudiodiscount, sent for repair, returned to Caraudiodiscount, then subsequently returned back to you.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of the cancelation or once returned goods have been received and checked. Refunds will only be issued to the bank account that was used in the original transaction.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
